Vinyasa Power Yoga was created for modern Western people and is able to bridge the gap between Eastern spirituality and Western dynamics.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a dynamic, flowing form of Hatha Yoga that thrives on the constant alternation of stretching and strengthening positions. The asanas (postures) are consciously combined and then practiced in flow with the breath. They give strength and strengthen concentration and flexibility to a high degree and can release physical and emotional blockages. When performing the exercises, the focus is on a steady and deep flow of breath. The various positions are practiced in a graceful flow with the inhalation and exhalation.
This breath-synchronized movement pattern is called Vinyasa Flow; flowing and dance-like sequences that follow the flow of the breath.
Yoga is suitable for everyone and can be learned and practiced regardless of age and previous experience. Beginners and advanced practitioners alike are welcome, as the numerous variations of the individual asanas allow us to practise together.
The course is certified as a prevention course and is subsidized by health insurance companies.
