What you should pay attention to at your events. Workshop
Whether it's a concert, meeting, street festival, or party—there are a number of things to consider when organizing public events. In Germany, there are many rules, especially for events in public spaces. This workshop will focus on how to prepare well for a public event. This includes questions such as:
Do I have to register an event, and where do I do that?
Am I allowed to sell food and drinks at a public event?
Is there anything I need to consider if I want to play music at my event?
Children and young people are invited to the event – what do I need to bear in mind?
Do I need to be properly insured as an event organizer?
The workshop will be led by Hannah Kuke from Kultur Land MV, who has extensive experience in event planning.
The workshop will take place in person and in German. Translation into other languages is available on request. Participation is free of charge.
