Mutant Disco, Post Punk Funk & Eclectic Electronics - Hadi Baba & Selekta Pehle at the controls (Ex-HGW/Leipzig)
Party in the context of the vernissage "Power from the Eastside! DT64 - The Youth Radio and its Movement".The DT64 initiative in Greifswald created networks from which some local subcultural activities emerged: the city magazine "Stadtstreicher", named after a DT64 broadcast, the Café GUM in the Klex, Happy Noise Records, which operated as a mail order company and label, the fanzine Zonic (Kulturelle Randstandsblicke; Involvierungsmomente) and the Al-Haca Sound System. Which from 1993 and until the mid-2000s set formative party moments, not least in the legendary Café Quarks at Karl-Marx-Platz, but also internationally, after a remix of Die Ärzte (!) still more releases followed. With Hadi Baba and Selekta Pehle, two of the founding members now return to the Ryck and present in a dubby Wild Style Mix what has accumulated since then in danceable vinyl treasures. A journey through time that invites you to hit the dance floor!
