Poster exhibition on the year's theme "Realities - 100 years of Surrealism".
For the year's theme “Realities - 100 Years of Surrealism”, we want to draw attention to queer artists who were active at the time of the Surrealist Manifesto and within the resulting art movement, Surrealism. We want to make queer biographies, which all too often remain hidden, visible. Queer life has existed at all times and in all places!
The exhibition was developed by the initiative Queer!Wir hier. in Stralsund and has already been on display there, in public spaces and in the Villa Kalkbrennerei.
The exhibition can be viewed in November on Sundays and Mondays from 2-6 pm and by appointment in the STRAZEsaal. Admission is free.
A joint visit to the exhibition will take place on 4.11. and 2.12.
