The music scene in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania will gather in the bright rooms of STRAZE for an intensive day full of workshops, discussions, inspiration, and knowledge transfer.
The symposium is aimed at all active musicians in the state – whether DIY newcomers, seasoned scene players, or ambitious side projects. The goal is to open up perspectives, share tools, and convey concrete strategies for further developing one's own music-making – beyond metropolitan myths and superstar fantasies.
Program highlights
Musical accompaniment/intros Sound clusters and tape loops by Martin Hiller
Panel discussion, 2–3 pm in the STRAZEsaal A moderated discussion with experienced minds about the realities of work, perspectives, and what it takes to remain artistically active in the long term.
Workshops, practical sessions & inspiration, seminar, exercise, and course room (1st floor), 11 am–5.30 pm.

Funding & advice, 12 noon–4 pm in the STRAZE library The "Initiative Musik" will be on site to answer your questions about applications, programs, and individual funding.
Evening program Things will get loud starting at 6 pm: The Musikfabrik “MuFa” Greifswald is celebrating its 30th anniversary with live concerts in the STRAZE event hall.
