Excerpts from a theatrical research journey, a cinematic retrospective, and a discussion about the artistic-participatory project, identity, and the German-Polish theater project ID:Pomerania.
On the outside, yuck; on the inside…? Who are you? Who am I—and above all, who are we still when the world is shaking? Between birth and memory, family and career, belonging and isolation, figures emerge: a writhing worm, people in each other’s storefront windows, user interfaces beneath which the vast deep sea opens up—
What shapes us? What remains of being different? And who are we when we no longer know anything about our own lives?
Perhaps we are merely the sum of all the people we have encountered. And what on earth does this Pomerania have to do with it?
