Sandra and Boris, the new and first 'kulturweit tandem' in the STRAZE.
Hello and n'di nami loooo!
We are Boris, 25 years old and from Lomé, Togo, and Sandra, 25 from Munich, and together we form a kulturweit tandem.
What is that? In November, we attended an international seminar in Nairobi, Kenya, with many other tandem pairs. There we dealt with the pre-colonial history of Africa and got an insight into the cultural wealth, knowledge and social order that existed on the African continent before colonization. Have you ever heard of White Privilege and Black Tax? We have also addressed very current issues and colonial continuities together.
Until the end of February, we are exploring the STRAZE and want to offer theater workshops critical of racism from the beginning of the year. Furthermore, we want to inform about Germany's colonial heritage in Togo and focus on the Togolese-German relations in the past and present - you will hear from us!Do you have any questions or suggestions?
